Owner

Dave has been in the flooring industry for over 37 years. He bought the business in 1997 and is the owner of Color Tile of Salem. Dave is dedicated to providing a great customer experience for his clients and a family atmosphere for his employees and installers. He’s involved in all aspects of the business but focuses a majority of his time on purchasing and estimating. Dave is active within the community as well, doing many sponsored events and giving donations for local fundraising efforts within schools and churches. He enjoys spending time with his grandchildren when he’s not working hard for his customers.

Angela | COLORTILE of Salem

Angela

Assistant Sales Manager

Organization, problem solving and consistency are some of her professional strengths. Contact Angela for any questions or concerns regarding the installation of your floor. She’s been around the flooring industry for over 12 years and loves to assist in any process that may be needed to bring total completion to your flooring project. She’s extremely detail oriented when it comes to anything she’s working on. In her off time, Angela enjoys spending time her kids and granddaughter. You have often found her on the sidelines cheering on the volleyball teams for her two youngest daughters.

Sales Associate

With a humorous approach to work and life, Doug definitely keeps things alive at Color Tile of Salem. His long history of being a flooring installer gives him a “behind the scenes” look into the flooring industry. He has all the technical knowledge to back up our staff with the unusual situations that can arise on a job. Doug often brings delicious meals in to spoil the staff on Saturdays or on their birthdays. He’s usually found by the grill or in the kitchen with his wife and family when he’s not working away at the store.

Michelle | COLORTILE of Salem

Michelle

Secretary

After retiring from the military with 20 years invested, Michelle has taken over running the front office for Color Tile of Salem. When calling our store about orders, shipping, and new product info, you’ll likely be getting her. She keeps the store front up-to-date on pricing and availability. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her husband Doug, grandson Kaiden and her extended family.

Josh | COLORTILE of Salem

Josh

Warehouse Manager

When you need a delivery done or a truck unloaded, Josh will be here to greet you with a smile. He has a great sense of humor and offers amazing support to our staff. He’s reliable and goes out of his way to help the staff and customers. His attention to detail keeps the installation schedule on track. Outside of the store Josh enjoys spending time with kids and grandchildren.

Chrystal

 

Chrystal, the daughter of Dave, is 3d generation in the flooring industry. She enjoys spending time outside rock hounding and camping with her husband. She can also be found behind the computer gaming along side him. Chrystal has a big heart for all animals and has a few herself – from cats and dogs to horses.
